Inspired by the woman who played huge roles in jazz culture and variety performance, Margarita looks at the tradition of chorus women and show girls. Through Margarita, we imagine what this performance style could look like 100 years on from its height of popularity, post World War One. Five performers, accompanied by live music, embody and explore the beauty, camaraderie, and challenges that come with the life of a chorus girl.
